Which channels does Aduno support?

Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, eBay, TikTok Shop, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Faire, plus any custom channel exposing a REST API or supporting CSV/SFTP file drops. Wholesale and B2B portals are also supported.

What about Amazon FBA — does inventory sync include FBA stock?

Yes. Aduno reads FBA inventory levels alongside your owned inventory and reflects both to your ERP. When an FBM order ships from your warehouse, Aduno decrements the right inventory location, not the FBA pool.

How does Aduno handle Amazon settlement reports?

The Amazon settlement is a 14-day cycle that bundles orders, refunds, FBA fees, advertising, and adjustments into one payout. Aduno parses each settlement line and posts the right ERP transaction — sales, fees, refunds — so your reconciliation matches the payout exactly.
